Blast furnace hot blast stove for refractory material

The blast furnace hot blast stove is one of the important auxiliary equipments of the blast furnace. It is a regenerative heat exchanger that can provide a certain temperature of hot air for the efficient operation of the blast furnace, that is, it will burn the coke burning air in the blast furnace. From normal temperature to high temperature (about 1200~1350 °C), the air volume should be sufficient, and the supply should be continuous. Therefore, each blast furnace generally needs to be equipped with 3 to 4 hot blast stoves for heating and air supply alternately.

Recently, one of the contents of the modernization of blast furnace ironmaking technology is the use of high air temperature technology, which is also an indispensable important condition for ironmaking production. Therefore, both foreign and domestic have always put the work of raising the temperature of the hot stove to an important agenda. The practical experience proves that the hot air temperature can not only reduce the coke ratio, but also increase the amount of molten iron. At the same time, the high air temperature is a necessary condition for blast furnace coal injection.
